OUR STORY
Your host, Captain Jon Zabroski, has spent a lifetime on the water, growing up on the Long Island Sound where he was diving for lobster, clamming, crabbing and fishing before he could drive. He was educated in Florida, working his way up to ship's Captain over a lifetime of being on and in the water. He also owned and operated a successful restaurant and is looking forward to bringing his
fish sense and hospitality to you and your family.

"Great place to stay. Cabin was new, decorated rustic. Beds were very comfortable. Has full hookups. 30/50 and sewer. Owner Jon, a hands on, super person. He truly wants you to have a great experience. Great Starwatching at night. Highly recommend this venue to all!!"

Choose Anglers Rest to vacation at and booked a 5 day stay. Captain Jon was a wonderful host and offered so many ideas of things to do and some of the best areas to trout fish. The cabins were very clean and inviting. Would recommend booking a stay at Anglers Rest, you will not be disappointed.
